Stakeholder Perception and Brand Visibility Survey Solutions

Kisima surveying solutions are designed based on the need to obtain specific information needed by our clients to assess stakeholder perceptions, satisfaction, and brand visibility.

The primary goal of the surveys is to establish a score for overall stakeholder perception, satisfaction, and brand visibility.

Questions within the surveys are predominantly based on 5-point Likert scales (with 5 denoting the most positive responses and 1 indicating the most negative response). The reason for choosing this rating system is because responses are easily quantifiable and subjective to statistical analysis. To safeguard validity and reliability, non-probabilistic quota sampling is employed as a starting point to ensure a representative samples.

As part of the data collection process telephonic surveys are used to supplement the online surveys.

Focus groups and interviews are also conducted to explore information obtained in the surveys in more depth. The purpose of the focus groups and interviews is to generate qualitative data that would lend depth to the quantitative data generated by the questionnaires. Questions for the focus groups and interviews are derived from trends/patterns that emerge from the survey data.

The statistical data analysis of the quantitative component is conducted in R statistical computing software. Descriptive statistics for the numerical variables are summarised using minimum, maximum, mean, quartiles, standard deviation and the co-efficient of variation. On the other hand, the descriptive statistics for categorical variables are presented in the form of counts and percentage frequencies.
