Management Development Seminar

This Kisima Management Development Seminar featured various experts and was focused on the strengthening competencies and that enable managers to develop effective systems, processes, resources and teams relevant to their occupations and contexts.

Personal development planning (PDP) was one of the themes throughout the seminar. PDP has been described as “a structured and supported process undertaken by an individual to reflect upon their own learning, performance and/or achievement and to plan for their personal, educational and career development”.

This seminar further intended to empower the delegates to acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required to operate confidently as individuals and respond to the challenging economic environment and constantly changing world of work.

Overall the seminar was aimed at improving the effectiveness and leadership abilities of middle managers in various occupations, in private and public business entities as well as non-governmental organisations.
